Origins
Burnside became the anchor address
174 Kendal Avenue gave us a porch wide enough for muddy boots and a back room quiet enough for low-volume debriefs. We keep cohorts small so air and attention stay breathable.
Vibrantpower began as a hallway kōrero between facilitators who disliked alarmist coaching copy. Today the studio is a working archive of mini-habit tiles, tactile props, and consent-first conversations grounded in Aotearoa New Zealand English.
We acknowledge Te Tiriti as our nation’s founding agreement. In practice that means transparent consent, shared decision-making in sessions, and ongoing learning about accessibility and cultural safety—not tick-box statements.

Our programmes discuss routines, attention, and environment. We refer outward when conversations need licensed care. Language on this site stays descriptive, never diagnostic.
Each arc opens with a written overview you can amend. You may pause or exit without penalty beyond the time already booked.
Two lead facilitators alternate weeks so no single voice dominates your notes. A studio coordinator handles keys, ramps, and tea service so sessions stay unhurried.
We offer a twenty-minute orientation walk-through on Tuesday mornings. You see the tile boards, storage, and the garden bench we use for solo reflection.
