The studio behaves like a calm circuit board—each bay has a job

North light hits the drafting table by mid-morning in Ōtautahi. The kettle bay sits opposite the archive wall so movement stays circular. Use the map to orient yourself before you climb the shallow entry ramp.

Smoke-free and health: our sessions are coaching conversations, not treatment. Please do not smoke at the entrance; follow Christchurch City Council public place rules. Emergency: dial 111 for police, fire, or ambulance. For non-urgent health advice call Healthline on 0800 611 116.

Workshop bays you might occupy

Bay A · Tile wall

Magnetic cards, linen tape, and chalk for rewriting sequences mid-session. Ideal for cohort intros.

Bay B · Garden threshold

Glass doors open to crushed shell path. We use this bay when habits involve outdoor transitions.

Bay C · Quiet desk

Single chair, analog timer, paper only. Book this when digital devices feel too chatty.

Public-facing hours (NZST)

Tuesday · Thursday

09:30–16:30 · facilitated sessions scheduled walk-throughs.

Friday

10:00–13:00 · admin window for message responses and supply prep.

Weekends

Closed unless a signed workshop addendum exists for your cohort.

Can I bring a support person?

Yes, with advance notice so we can seat the bay comfortably. Support people follow the same consent and confidentiality expectations as participants.

Is the building insured for visitors?

We maintain public liability cover appropriate to a small studio. Ask us if you need a certificate for your organisation’s procurement rules.
