Emergency and health helplines

For emergencies dial 111. For non-urgent health advice call Healthline 0800 611 116. We are not an ACC treatment provider; contact ACC for injury cover questions.

Google Ads and transparency

Paid advertising must match this site: clear business name, accurate service type, no prohibited health claims, and pricing only where we have issued a written quote. See the disclosure band on the home page for programme limitations.

Which law applies first?

For people in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and Fair Trading Act 1986 are central. Overseas visitors may also have rights under other statutes we address case by case.
